Mini Golf Attendant (Seasonal-Part Time)

Do you enjoy providing customer service to others? We are looking for a Mini Golf Attendant to handle all aspects of sales and service at one of our RV resorts. If you enjoy working with the public, we want to talk to you!


OVERVIEW


Mini Golf Attendants handle all aspects of merchandise and mini golf sales, and serve food and beverages to guests visiting the concession stand, ensuring to provide great customer service. They also support the pace of play on the mini golf course to maximize playability.


JOB DUTIES



  1. Greet customers, answer the telephone courteously, and complete all sales transactions.

  2. Perform shift opening and closing duties as assigned.

  3. Take concession stand orders and prepare food and beverages (i.e. ice cream cones, sundaes, etc.) in accordance to established service standards.

  4. Ensure merchandise inventory is kept neat, attractively displayed and sufficiently stocked; stock and replenish food and beverages as needed.

  5. Provide golf balls and clubs to mini golf customers.

  6. Operate cash register and receive payment from customer in cash or credit card, and accurately count and provide change to customers when applicable.

  7. Clean, sanitize, and maintain the concession stand area, including counters and equipment.

  8. Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed.

  9. Inspect mini golf and concession facilities and equipment to ensure the safety, cleanliness, and proper working order; report all issues when applicable.

  10. Other duties as assigned.


REQUIREMENTS



  • High School Education (some HS education required)

  • Previous customer service experience, preferred

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision

  • Professional appearance

  • Basic computer proficiency including the ability to use email and internet


Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
